"BUSINESS DRIVER" is an integral part of the DC-3 system, available as a web version or a Windows application. The program can be used both on-site at the sales facility and remotely. For a network of retail stores, the central application provides insights into data from all locations and enables detailed analysis of the following parameters: number of visitors, percentage of visitors converted into customers (relationship between the number of visitors and the number of transactions), average transaction/bill amount, average number of items per transaction, staff productivity, and total turnover. All indicators are available in different time intervals: hourly, daily, or for a specified period. The web version of the program displays data in a tabular format, while the Windows central version offers graphical displays and printed reports, as well as additional options for complex comparison and analysis.
